Clients can only use this payment method for treatments solely offered by Peppermint Aesthetics, not for any other recommended sites.
Pre-Treatment Payments is a form of savings for clients to make payments prior to their appointments.
This credit service is a service provided by PayPal therefore when funds are transferred from your bank account to Peppermint's there is a transfer charge. Peppermint is not responsible for this service charge but needs to make it's clients aware that your outstanding balance will always be a little less than what you deposited. It is advisable to request a balance before or on the morning of your treatment, so you are aware of any funds outstanding.
All payments are refundable at anytime but can take up to 14 days to process. All requests must be put into writing via email , text or our Facebook business page. Please be aware transferring funds between accounts using PayPal will incur small charges so expect your balance to be slightly less. Peppermint specifically does not charge or take any money via this service unless a treatment has been completed.
Clients can pay as much or as little as they like either to the full amount of the treatment or as part-payment. Any outstanding amount MUST be paid for prior to your appointment or at your appointment for the requested treatment amount.
Once an appointment is made between Peppermint Aesthetics and the client, any monies already paid, 10% of the whole treatment will act as a deposit should a client not turn up for their appointment. The remainder of the balance will either be refunded or rolled over to your next appointment once requested in writing.
